The use of the reer basal thermometer app is subject to the following general terms of use. Please read them carefully. By downloading, opening or using this app, you agree to the terms of use.

These terms of use apply exclusively to the use of the reer basal thermometer app. reer GmbH reserves the right to modify and/or adapt these Terms of Use at any time and at its own discretion. You will be informed of any changes to the terms of use by a corresponding notice on our website.
2. Commissioning & Use
No registration is required to use the reer basal thermometer app. Downloading and using the app is free of charge.
An existing Bluetooth data connection of your smartphone is required for use.
3. Use / Consent to the logging of measured values
By using the basal thermometer app, you consent to the processing of data in the context of the fulfillment of the contract (provision of a logging of measured values). No personal data will be processed.
The following data is processed and stored locally:
- Measured values
- Location (used in the background to find and connect the basal thermometer)
Storage of your measured values
Your measurement values are stored locally in the app as part of the contract fulfillment/provision of the service. With the deletion of the app, the measured values are completely deleted.

5. Warranty
The basal thermometer app and the thermometer are provided without any warranty for their accuracy, completeness or their suitability for any particular purpose.
All technical data, information as well as features of this app have been compiled to the best of our knowledge. Nevertheless, the company reer assumes no liability for possible errors, technical malfunctions. It reserves the right to make changes to the design or functions without prior notice.
All other warranty claims for damages, costs or expenses, losses due to the use of the app are the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Liability
With the exception of the aforementioned warranty limitations, the statutory provisions on liability apply.
